Topgolf (Charlotte) was a lot of fun, and I really enjoyed my trip to the facility. Of course, Ive known about Topgolf for a while now, but I could never tell if it was something that I would like or not. Well, when a friend invited me to join him for a round (or an hour), I finally got the opportunity to find out! Id say that it was about what I expected it to be, but that it was still a lot of fun. As somebody whos an occasional golfer, Id describe Topgolf as kind of a tricked-out driving range. They have nets with different colors that youre supposed to aim the ball at, depending on which game that youre playing. Speaking of the games, they had a large variety, such as a simulated version of Pebble Beach, as well as a Sonic the Hedgehog game, ensuring that youll find one you like no matter what age you are. Finally, the staff was very friendly, and I really appreciated the customer service. Every staff member I interacted with, from the manager to our waitress to the bartender, was extremely outgoing and courteous, so I can tell that they put a nice emphasis on customer service. As for the food and drink, I did like that they had a nice selection of some local craft beers, but the food was a little overpriced for what you were paying for. All-in-all, I really enjoyed my visit to Topgolf, and even though I dont really see myself becoming a regular, I can see myself coming back once every few months to get a round in!

Went to celebrate my Birthday last night. I Arrived 20 minutes late. The associates at check in were pleasant and professional. I was unsatisfied with the attendance policy being upheld as Ive been accommodated at several locations around the country. Yes Im the problem They escalated my concerns with a manager by the name of Allison. Allison was very empathetic and understanding. She was even enthusiastic about wishing me a happy birthday! Allison is 100% the reason we decided to stayed! We had an absolute blast! The whole staff was awesome especially Jordan who took care of us on the bay! Ill definitely be requesting her area going forward!! Thanks again for an awesome birthday celebration and human first engagement!! Just moved to Charlotte a week ago and this experience gave me a Homefeeling!!!

Came here for a Guitar Center company outing, play a little golf but never been to one of these before. Man is it fun! Food is awesome too. Super reasonable pricing for the value. Will definitely be bringing my lady to the one in Charleston.

Hosted my son's birthday here and it was a hole-in-one! Even if you are terrible at golf (like me), it is impossible not to have fun. Great music, surprisingly good food, and the heaters kept us toasty.

Tim was our server, and he took exceptional care of our group of eight. He anticipated our needs and checked on us consistently throughout the night. When one of our bays froze and we couldnt play, Tim stepped in right away and handled it with a great attitude. When we needed a birthday song and sign, he was more than happy to help. Even when we were just considering ordering another round of drinks, Tim was already there making sure we had everything we needed. Aside from the brief technical issue with the game, all eight of us had an amazing night at Topgolf, and that was largely thanks to Tims outstanding service!
