Amazing brunch experience! I had the stuffed French toast and grits. My wife had the shrimp and grits. Everything was great and the staff is incredibly friendly! I highly recommend this place, but get there early! The classes are great as well!

Ive hosted many events at Chef Alyssas kitchen over the last three years and couldnt be happier. The staff is super attentive and friendly, the food is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is great (brand new everything). Chef Alyssas kitchen is nationally recognized as one of the best cooking classes/experiences in the country and you certainly wont be disappointed. They have cooking classes almost every evening, weekend brunch, and now they cater to your home or office. This is a super fun experience that you just have to try with your family or office. Its one of the best things the Queen City has to offer, and Charlottes got a lot....

This was supposed to be a fun team building event and the workers were absolutely crude. We wanted to have some fun with cooking our meals and the employees and chef made several rude remarks to our teammates. The instructor pointed out that we were like teaching children and accused us all of being drunk (this was 30 min into the event, and we had not been drinking beforehand). Needless to say, we paid a lot and expected a fun experience and it was a major letdown. The food was good though.

A work event here was supposed to be fun, lighthearted and allow us all to get to know each other. The evening turned out to be far from that. The head instructor was absolutely rude (to us along with her support staff) and turned what was supposed to be a team building experience into something far from that. The saving grace was the people I came along with. I am still shocked over the poor customer service this establishment provided. The facility/building itself is nice.

Stumbled on this place for breakfast and couldnt have been happier. Very creative food options. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying other items and potentially one of the cooking classes. Everyone was very nice and helpful as well.
