Awesome! They had great stock on everything. We went around 5 o'clock on a Friday and it was not busy at all. Last week we came closer to opening on Saturday and the line was wrapped around the building due to covid restrictions and lower capacity levels. Will be shopping here again asap
Very frustrating experience. First time in store last week and it was so horribly unorganized and messy. Hard to find items and it's a complete maze in there. Since it was my first time, I struggled to locate the things I wanted...which were out of stock. Help desk said it'd be in the next day. Next day, I ordered online for pickup. They charged me immediately yet said do not come pick up until you get another email saying your order is ready. Email NEVER comes. Wait the next day...still no email. So I physically went there AGAIN today and just bought it. However, I was already charged and couldn't cancel because it was AFTER the 24 hours that they "hold" items...even though mine was never held. I understand that shipping and stock is affected by COVID...but that has nothing to do with the computer system taking people's money and not completing full transactions.
This place has gone downhill. And its getting worst every time i go. I don't think ill spend my money there again. The customer service is horrible. A lot of the furniture is out of stock. I could go on. Im sure there is better of you are looking for home goods and furniture.
It was great, and there wasn't that much people. The staff is diligently sanitizing everything constantly and providing plenty of hand sanitizer as well as asking everyone to wear masks before entering the store. With that said, I'm a little disappointed on the lack of stock, but I guess that's normal during these times.
Huge store full of everything! Great place. The secret is to go during the week. Avoid here during the weekends. The food is evem good. Everything is affordable. Ship it home if too big for your car.
