I have been twice to charlotte and love shopping here. Lots of brands' quality stuff. Nice atmosphere. There are two many options to buy stuff. premium design of the place. Enough parking space and lot of open area.

The place has a big parking lot, very good inner design, open spaces and gardens. Probably the only problem is that there's no good maps to review the place before you start looking around. It has many big brands and stores such as Guess, Off the Street 5th Avenue, Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, Puma among others. The promotions in some places were very good deals and some of them were just rip off without worthy discounts or elevated prices.

There are many shopping options with popular brands. Our favorite are Asics, Nike, Poli Ralh, express etc. Food court is pretty average with limited food options. Huge parking area, however difficult to find a parking spot on busy weekends. There is plenty of sitting space while waiting or not shopping. The Starbucks is at handy location for a quick coffee.

I visited the outlets this past weekend with family and we were able to get majority of our back to school shopping completed. The pros: great sales in some of the stores, with a large selection of familiar brands. Many of restroom available for the large crowds of shoppers which I was very appreciative about! The restrooms were clean as well. Absolutely a great set of staff in the coach store. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I also want to spotlight the staff members in the famous footwear, Tommy Hilfiger, as well for being so friendly and professional. The Aunt Annies was delicious and the staff was very nice. I think the supervisor should be spotlighted for her professional while dealing with a few customers that were so nice to her. She still maintained her professionalism and continued to do her job. The cons: Many of the stores just had staff standing around but no one was asking anyone if they need assistance or even a hello or smile when walking in (Bath & Body Works & Lids are a perfect example.) Bath & Body Works: Absolutely no hello, no help on the sales floor to assist with questions, but there was 5 people behind the registers. So that was not a good experience and I will not go back into that store for sure. Although these outlets sell similar brands as many of other outlets this mall just isnt one I need to revisit. I feel that it was a nice experience but also dealing with the energy of rude staff throughout some of the shops just left a bad taste in my mouth. Also the sales were decent but not great!! I found some better prices in a nearby traditional mall; and also prefer to shop where customer service is still a top priority and valued. Maybe the experience would be better on a weekday or time where there is less of a crowd and staff have more time to engage or be of assistance. However I traveled really far to experience these outlets and I am just left feeling like okay I seen what they have to offer but I could also find these items and better service in another mall location.

This place is AWESOME!! It's huge, so many outlets in one area!! My husband and I will be bringing all our guests here! We loved all the shops we visited! We will go back often! The parking lot was PACKED when we arrived today (Saturday). It did take awhile to get a spot, but to be honest, wherever you park, you'll be near an entrance (unless you are looking for a particular outlet.) This place feels like a little central village area as you walk around. It's cozy and comfy. There are people of all ages who are here. There's a shop of some sort for everyone!! There are deals to be had, take a look online to see if your fav shop has deals for the day you'll be there. Some shops are only allowing a specific quantity of people inside because there were so many folks who wanted to get inside their shops this afternoon (for example, Adidas, NIKE etc) - I'm unsure but this may be considered a black Friday weekend as the last time I was here, there were many people but no lineups for any stores. Brought my hubby here for the first time!! He needed a smaller size jean, and we went to his fav Levi's shop!! PS he got a good deal!! Highly recommended!!!
