Sea Life

I had a birthday party here for my son. It was really nice. Staff was nice they even set up the party room. It was a little pricey but well worth it. They let you bring your own food unlike most places. My guests had a good time. I would definitely recommend it.

Had a great time. It took about an hour to walk through everything, but you could return at any point during the day. We also did the behind the scenes tour and the host, Matt, was great. He also interacted with the adults and kids in the group. Amanda was amazing at answering questions. We bought the VIP picture pass and it was definitely worth it.

I had a great time! Reasonable price for 6 hours of aquarium time! Walk-through took about 45 minutes at a slow-casual pace. Beautifully themed displays, fish, jellies, and turtles live in close up exhibits. A touch pool lets you touch urchins and sea stars. Gift shop at the end had a lot of varied choices for souvenirs.

Great experience but the cost should be much lower for the size. We paid more here to visit that many other aquariums that were double and triple the size. As for the variety of sea life and staff, they were above and beyond. I also like how they provided extra education activities for younger ages. A great 30 to 40 minute activity with a younger child.

Went there with a group of people, and it was a blast. I loved the little shipwreck they had and we loved doing the stamps. Even though it was a great experience overall, it was kind of short. But yet again not surprising since it's in a mall. It's a great place to go to with kids or to go to on a day out.

I had a great experience at SEA LIFE Charlotte! At first, I thought it was going to be small, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much there was to see. The aquarium has a wide variety of fish and marine creatures from colorful tropical fish to jellyfish, sharks, rays, and even sea turtles. Each area is thoughtfully organized and makes the visit both fun and educational. What I really appreciated was the self-guided experience. The printed and posted information throughout the aquarium was clear, engaging, and helped me learn a lot about the animals and their habitats. Its a great setup for visitors to go at their own pace and still enjoy a very informative tour. Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit. Whether youre going with family, friends, or even solo, SEA LIFE Charlotte is definitely worth checking out. I would happily visit again and highly recommend it to anyone spending time in the area!

Nice aquarium! Kids and adults will enjoy this pleasant surprise while visiting the mall. There were lots of material to read on the sea life that lives here. We took our time and loved it. Totally worth a visit if you're in the area!

Absolutely loved this place and its not just for kids! The walk through the aquarium takes about an hour, but no one rushes you, so you can take your time and enjoy every moment. So many impressions, vibrant colors, and magical underwater scenes. Highly recommend my little princess was thrilled and couldnt stop talking about it!

We visited this aquarium on a Monday morning and found out to be a little busy but not packed, though certain spaces could feel cramped and loud if a large group was in them. Entry was located inside the mall. We purchased tickets ahead of time, which provided a small discount, but our total was still more than $40 for 2 adults. This provided us unlimited re-entry for the whole day, which could be good if it was busy during your time slot, and you had availability to come back later. The aquarium itself only had a few exhibits, and you could easily breeze through in 5 minutes if you wanted to. The thing that is most lacking is educational information, especially in the form of staff interaction within the exhibits. That said, the design is pretty cool, and there are some really fun areas to look at, like the deep sea tunnel you can walk through. While I do feel this is an overpriced experience, I did enjoy it a lot and would recommend visiting, though this is definitely a one-time thing for me.

The aquarium was located in a mall. We took the tour. Had an awesome time seen all the sealife. Scheduled a behind the scenes tour for about an hour later, the had set times. Was absolutely worth the wait. Got to see all the stuff they do to care and feed the animals, quarantine tanks and finally got to go to the top of the tank where the staff goes .
