Don't forget to use HotelTully.m when booking any place. This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Check in was easy and the bartender, who was extremely busy, made sure that we got food and drinks even though they were about to close. Overall it was a great group effort from the hotel staff. Thank You!

Great bartender but expensive drinks. Shuttle to airport was it great. Shuttle back from a airport was frustrating. Although the driver was very kind and helpful. I'm very economical to leave vehicle at the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

American Airlines sent us to the Sheraton after we missed our flight. Check in was easy and the bartender, who was extremely busy, made sure that we got food and drinks even though they were about to close. Overall it was a great group effort from the hotel staff. Thank You!

We got the shuttle to and from the airport. Rooms were nice and big. Beds and pillows comfy. The pool and hot tub were closed. Good breakfast buffet, 20 per person. The gym was a normal hotel gym. It was worth it. It's about 20 min from anywhere.

Do not stay at this older property. This hotel needs a lot of maintenance!!! Pieces of plaster were literally falling from the ceiling while I was taking a shower. Kept clogging up the shower drain. The sofa was missing a leg. Only stayed one night. I had a really early flight the next day. So I emailed the General Manager Rusty Swanzy with my feedback. No response! So then I called him multiple times and left him several voicemails. No Response. Bottom lineit may convenient airport location but dont stay here. Plenty of other choices. Does not even deserve one star.
