The good: Room is beautiful, hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is quality and delicious, nothing tastes funny. Friendly staff. The bad: The air conditioning may produce an oscillating droning low bass noise that may prevent you from sleeping at first especially if you already have a headache from flying. I was able to turn off the air conditioning at the thermostat.

Everything was absolutely great. My wife's 42nd High School Reunion was a great success. We had great service and didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. All activities were done there.

Daniel at the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional! The bathroom in our room was sparkling clean: thank you!!! Very convenient to the airport without a lot of plane noise. Highly recommend

We stayed here the night before flying out of CLT. Our car along with 7 others were broken into/damaged in the parking lot. No help or compensation was offered by the hotel or the Midas Hospitality Group which owns this Residence Inn by Marriott. Also, the mattress was stained in multiple places. Really, really dirty and gross.

Do not offer the amenities that they advertise. No heated pool, no high speed internet, no social gatherings for hotel guests and shuttles are dirty.
