Overall the hotel was nice to stay at. One of the things I really liked was the beds. They were very comfortable and warm. On the other hand there were alot of small details that gave age to the hotel. There were many places that you could see peeling paint and shipped banisters. Overall it was a good stay.

Only 10 min from the airport, super nice for the price. The manager was excellent and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. Loved the larger rooms for families, with a door between the 2 sleeping areas. Wonderful.

Housekeeping is SORRY! They don't tell u all the info that u need to know about deposit and paying to park per day. Other then that the hotel is great, food is awesome. I will go back but now I know what I need to know and stay on top of housekeeping ass

Not dirty, but does need a good deep cleaning and some new carpet. Very good bed and pillows. Some minor maintenance could make it very nice.

HORRIBLE!!! It's coming up on 6:00pm and my room is still NOT READY! This is a convention center so excuses of "we have groups checking in" hold no water. It doesn't change the number of rooms in the hotel. All these rooms didn't get booked today! POOR MANAGEMENT... POOR PLANNING... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I expect a much higher level of service from a Renaissance Hotel and I have been greatly disappointed. ***UPDATE*** After waiting over 2 hours for my room to be cleaned and made ready and almost immediately after posting the above review, the gentleman at the check in post graciously offered to give me a different room that was ready. I of course accepted and within minutes was in a room. I greatly appreciated the offer and only wish that when I inquired about changing the room to one of the young ladies at the check in area that she had the authority to have done the same thing. Still very disappointed with the situation but grateful for the initiative shown to resolve the issue. Bumping up a couple of stars and we will see how the rest of the stay goes.
