Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Ayrsley

Honestly kind of disappointed by my stay here. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but that's about all I can say good. The air conditioner was so loud it woke me up in the middle of the night. The fixtures in my room were falling off the walls. The walls had stains and dents. Maintenance definitely needs improvement. This hotel isn't a BAD place to spend a night, but considering I paid over $200 a night, I expected higher quality. The Embassy Suites across the street is a much better choice.

Ryan ensured that my event went on without a hitch. He even worked on his day off to ensure our needs were met. JD was stellar and welcomed me feom check in, daily up to check out as well as the evening desk attendant (her name leaves me at the moment but she was amazing as well.) The location was lovely, clean rooms, great bar services (according to my guest) and delicious food. This location has prompted me look into doing more business to business endeavors with the Hilton brand. I'm beyond satisfied.

Just coming off a redeye into an impending storm (Ian remnants) we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in early. This simple gesture set the tone for our weekend at the Ayrsley. Staff was continuously friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well located for food and drink within close walking distance and even though you are in a flight path to the airport our room was well insulated and quiet.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and will stay again next time we visit Charlotte. It is conveniently located to everything we need. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If I had to nit-pick one thing with this hotel is that the rooms are showing their age. Our room has been clean both times we have stayed, however, you will notice that the property is not "brand new". This is not enough to keep us from coming back for sure!

I usually stay at the Hiltons when I travel because they are very nice hotels. This Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Ayrsley was just OK, which is disappointing for a Hilton. The bed was hard and had a hump in the middle from "too many" people sleeping on it. One of my towels had a hair on it, which is totally unacceptable and the light fixtures in the bathroom had rust on it. It's hardly the standard quality of a Hilton. I'm Glad it was one night, or I would have changed to the Marriott across the street. The check in staff was nice and the lobby was impressive.
