Clean, tidy rooms! The beds are comfortable, and the comforters are warm! The whole room was designed very well. The towels are huge, which is amazing, The best part for me was the staff!! Every single person I interacted with was so friendly and welcoming! It honestly made my stay so much more enjoyable. The location is great, there is an outlet mall immediately across from the hotel, and many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has a small Starbucks cafe in it! Thanks for an amazing time!

I'm not one to usually post reviews, but I had to take the short time to do so I'm this case. We were on the road and Charlotte was about as far as we were able to drive that night. I called multiple hotels trying to find somewhere that could accommodate the 5 of us comfortably. Matt was working the late shift at the Steele Creek Courtyard and, after explaining our situation, took into consideration my Ambassador status and offered us an unsold room with more than adequate space and ensured that we would be comfortable and taken care of. I appreciate that there are still generous and caring employees representing Marriott brands. Matt is truly one of them.

My stay here was amazing. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, for me the location was good about 15-20 or so from downtown. The beds were comfortable and clean. The rooms were nicely put together and up to date. I will definitely be back.

I love Marriott and this one is an example of why. We walked into the lobby and it smelled clean and fresh. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and we were checked in and in our room within minutes. The next morning we got coffees in the lobby and the same woman made our coffee such a great staff. Everyone working there was very nice the rooms smelled and looked clean and fresh.

Where do i I start ? Fast friendly check in process !! Very comfortable bed , large, clean room with an amazingly large tub in the bathroom . Even the sofa was comfortable. Located close to the airport. Definitely would stay here again when in Charlotte !! Keep up the fabulous work!!
