This was my first time staying at a Hyatt, and I must say, WOW! This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! The staff is so warm and inviting! The breakfast was good, and the rooms are love!! My wife typically likes a tub in the bathroom, but she loved the hotel! We love the location, as it's not far from everything! We'll be back!

Great Hotel and Location!!! Our family traveled to Charlotte for Thanksgiving and could not have picked a better hotel for our situation. The double queen room was clean and spacious, we also loved the layout. The staff was so amazing and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. This will be our hotel of choice from now on!

Very satisfied with my stay at the Hyatt House. I was greeted by the front desk staff with an upgraded room. The room was very spacious with a modern vibe. The was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Ill most definitely stay here again.

Would have been 5 stars of only the tv worked.... everything else was exceptional. The rates reflect the amazing service and the quality that you get here. Beds were comfortable, linens were high quality, rooms were clean, and the place was very quiet through the night. 10/10 would recommend... just make sure the tv works.

Very nice hotel overall. The laundromat needs improvement for extended stay guests. It's overpriced at $6/load ($3 wash + $3 dry), and you can only pay in quarters. The dryer is weak- the highest setting is insufficient for a full load. Either the vent or sensor needs cleaned or it's a small capacity dryer. The laundry machines and table weren't cleaned by staff.
