Friendly professional staff running this Hampton are the best. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The entire building inside and out is immaculate, no matter where you look. This Hampton has especially high quality dining and recreational facilities, as well as great delivery options for late night dining. The rooms are top flight. The bed was so comfortable i wanted to buy it and ship it home! When i next return to Charlotte, there's no doubt i'll stay at this Hampton again. Thank you Charlotte Hampton!

Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff and Convenient! I highly prefer this area over the hotels on Billy Graham Pkwy, if having to stay near the airport. The hotel is new and shares the building with a Tru by Hilton. The friendly staff was able to upgrade me to a suite. Will definitely stay here again.

We were in room 505 and the bed had bed bugs. We took a nap for a few hours when we first checked in, no more than a few hours. My son woke up and saw bugs crawling on him and the bed. I took video and photos. I called front desk immediately and they quickly move us to another room - 506. Room 506 has a carpet beetle infestation. This is usually our go to hotel, but we wont be back - ever! Please note- Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating but the stay was horrible. Edited- Pics were provided but I guess they chose to not post them.

Stayed here while on business...the young lady with red hair was very accommodating so shout out to her (hate I can't remember her name). Lobby was nice to work in and rooms were clean and quiet.

One of the best Hampton Inns I've stayed in. As a HH member I always look for Hilton hotels and this Hampton Inn was the best bang for the money. Rooms are clean and modern with great amenities. Staff are friendly. Breakfast will satisfy your hunger. Very quick drive to the airport. Overall great. I've recently stayed at a Doubletree and I'll pick this Hampton over that Doubletree anyday.
