We returned after two years. The host explained since weve last visited the policy has changed and anyone under 21 cannot attend. We brought my 18 month old. The host was so good at calming explaining we couldnt be there and recommended the next vineyard over we werent even upset. Hes a tall guy with a mustache. Great personality. He deserves acknowledge for being good at his job.
Just wanted to say thanks for the great time we had at this winery. To make a chilly cold day become warm with the good times that was created by Malissa who kept us in the know of how this vineyard operates and to share special times with us. She made the four of us welcomed and we will be sure to return in the future. Thank you !
Love this place! It's nice to have an adult experience wine tasting where we can sit relax and enjoy the non-chaotic day at the vineyard with NO screaming kids running around. This vineyard reminds me of Tuscany, Italy. Thank you!!!
If I could give a negative review I would. We walked in with a group of 10 family members to enjoy some wine during Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Their large heated tent had two tables with people and we were told they could not serve us because we were a group of 10. We gladly split up the group into two tables but were still told by our server that the manager (who didnt even have the nerve to come outside and address the group) that they would not serve us because we were a group of 10!! 10 paying customers!!! Insane!!! I have never experienced an establishment throwing out paying customers because their group was too large!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Our server Melissa was very kind and I felt horrible that she had to deliver that news while her manager coward in the background unwilling to address us!!! Shame on her!!! I would never recommend this establishment and will never give them my business.
The vineyard is beautiful and worth seeing. However, the staff seemed tired and dull. There was no excitement. My bill was expensive for average wine and service. I've been to vineyards that weren't as beautiful but their service and products were great. I'll say visit but bring your own snacks.
