Date Visited: 7/20/22 & 9/3/22 My IG: @reviewsbymichael Review: I find that hotel restaurants are usually not great places to eat. Typically the service is marginal and the food is not great. Libations is surprisingly good to be a hotel restaurant. The service was really good. There was only one person working as the server, bartender, cashier, host, and busboy. She was fast, attentive, and very friendly. I was not in a hurry and it wasnt busy when I first ordered. Someone in a hurry might be a little frustrated on a very busy night. On a busy night, I recommend sitting at the bar to be seen and get faster service. I had the Libations burger with sweet potato fries and a side salad. The medium cooked burger was close to perfect. I also had a glass of Merlot and a sundae as dessert. The sundae was lackluster. The cookies were somewhat hard and not warm and the ice cream was extra frozen and initially hard like a brick. I didnt ding the place for that given its a hotel restaurant. As I mentioned the host/waitress was amazing. They are so nice there! The Brussel Sprouts were awesome!! I've checked in late before & had the chicken quesadilla. It is great as well. I don't have a photo of the quesadilla, only the Brussel Sprouts.

My salad was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Austin the waiter was so nice.

I loved the decorations however the atmosphere was vary dark could have use more light. Service was really good like the server. Drink was water down. Brownie was very dry had to remove it off bill could not eat it. But over all the experience was nice.

I eat at this location at least 4 times a week. The is absolutely delicious . The Bartenders and Hosts/Hostesses are extremely wonderful.
