So the atmosphere is very nice. Love the deem lights. The staff and our server was nice. We came around 12 so they offer a Late Night menu from 12-2. The options is fair. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was juicy and not over cooked ( very much a plus). Food came out in good timing. Reason I didnt give a 5 star is due to music. The music was set to rock N roll and I think diversity in music would have been good.

Wanted to try a new burger place and Cowbell didn't disappoint. The Parmesan Fries and wonderful. I had an Elvis Burger and it was delicious. You can make reservations during the week, but it's first come, first serve on the weekends.

This was my 1st visit and it definitely won't be my last. One of our department bosses took a few of the new employees to lunch here today. We had the pretzel bites and the Sinatra for appetizers.... delicious. Then I ordered the One Wheel on a wrap instead of a bun, with the sweet potato tots....more deliciousness It was a little busy because of the lunch crowd but we were seated quickly. I highly recommend this place

I must have come on a bad night. I will start by saying our waitress was super nice and the manager handled everything well when things went bad. 1st it took about 45 minutes for our food to come out. 2nd I have a dietary restriction and cant eat diary3 bites in I realize my burger had cheese. My husbands wrap was also made wrong. They did take these off the tab which was good problem resolution. Like I said before the customer service wasnt the issue). 3rd We paid for 2 alcoholic drinks. 1 app and 1 meal burger and fries and it came up to $75 which is very high for a Burger spot. They literally were charging for a side of ranch and honey mustard. Im 100% sure anybody in Charlotte can find a better Burger spot then this.

Food is well made and takes time to prepare, would not recommend for a quick bite. But this place has a great atmosphere and perfect for meeting with friends for couple of drinks or celebration. Their milkshakes, especially oreo one, are divine
