Very nice hotel. Everything was great and newly remodeled. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and asked us several times if we were doing ok and if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again when traveling in the Charlotte area.

I had a seminar there. They opened the restaurant for our class and did a buffet meal so we didn't have to leave. The buffet was good and price was okay. Room was comfortable. They had some free snacks and drinks after check in - nice.

I was only in a Banquet room for Jehovah's Witnesses Annual Memorial of Jesus Christ death. The space itself had an elegant decor feel & a pleasant ambiance. I could see using it for an elegant dinner type event. They have ample parking with additional spaces in a lot directly across the street. There are a variety of restaurants close by for dinner options. And it's easy access to the I-77 exit and a short distance to I-485.

Hotel was nice and clean, check in was easy. Clean, comfy bed and room. Unfortunately the closest exit and stairs was an emergency exit, so we had to go all the way around to get out, and unfortunately fancier hotels don't do complimentary breakfasts and the restaurant breakfast is too much -- both price and portions.
