Very disappointing stay. At check in, my HH status was not acknowledged until the very end when asking me if I wanted points or breakfast. The first room I checked into, the thermostat on the wall was not working and there were huge yellow stains on the ceiling (caused from water damage). When contacting the FD, the Associate immediately offered to relocate me. I moved 2 or 3 rooms down the hall from the previous room. Upon entering this room, I did a quick inspection of the ceiling, the bed area and made sure the thermostat was working. When everything checked out, I showered and hopped in the bed for a quick nap. Upon waking up from my nap, I immediately notice ants crawling near me at the head of the bed. I jumped up to see if there were more and where they were coming from. The night stand next to the bed had multiple ants crawling on it. Once again Disgusted and disappointed, I called down to the FD to inform them and this time the person I got was not so customer service friendly. There was no apology, she quickly asked me if I wanted to get my points back and go to another hotel, as though she was irritated. Clearly training is needed there. The nerve of this lady! I had been traveling for 16 hours and all I wanted to do was check into a clean hotel, shower and go to sleep. I was treated as though I was being a bother to them! She even went on to tell me, they don't know what goes on in a room unless someone reports it. How about you have staff do ROOM INSPECTIONS! Don't leave it up to a guest to find these issues! Jesus Christ! There are so many things I could say, but I'm too tired to do so. I have pictures and videos of the ant party on my night stand, which is beyond disgusting. I will never return to this Hilton property and do not recommend it.

This hotel REQUIRES staff training. I feel I should not have to pay full price to train staff myself. Amenities? Free water, and flush toilets. This hotel is a do-it-yourself. I was surprise that they did not ask me to cook breakfast. Place should be closed until staff gets in place.

The hotel was awesome. Great staff. Staff was cool. Everything close to me but I wasn't there all the time I was gone. I enjoyed everything but looking out of my window at the Panthers(Cats) stadium. I'm born and raised New Orleans and a WHO DAT FAN for life so you understand Who Dat! Otherwise, very kind and helpful group of staff. They were on point.

The young lady at the front desk, is very helpful with directions. I wish it had full room service. The room needs deep cleaning. The carpet needs to be shampooing, it has an odor. The curtains are filthy for the money you charge.

Great team at this location. The front desk assistant manager is top class. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I like this location so much I will be staying here biweekly for work purposes. Amazing team!
